The Vault · For ConsignPro shops
See everything locked inside
your ConsignPro file.
Free.
Your whole shop — every consignor, every outstanding balance, every item, your full sales history — is trapped in one proprietary file (consign.mdb) that ConsignPro’s ended service left you no supported way to open. Send it to the Vault and we hand you a complete, plain-English report of what’s inside — the data even ConsignPro’s own $200 converter drops, and that a SimpleConsign migration drops too.
It’s also a permanent, verified backup of the one file your shop can’t afford to lose — private, encrypted, and yours, kept safe whether or not we ever talk again.
In
Your ConsignPro file
Everything your shop has ever recorded sits in one proprietary file — consign.mdb — that ConsignPro’s ended service left you no supported way to open.
Unlock
We open it
The Vault reads the file the way almost nothing else still can, and rebuilds your whole shop from the inside out.
Out
Your complete report
Every consignor, every outstanding balance, every item, and your full sales history — laid out in plain English, matched to the cent.
And more
It doesn’t stop there
Because you’re with Vessor, that same unlocked data can become your live shop — register, consignors, and all — and it stays yours.
What you get that no one else gives you
ConsignPro’s own $200 converter leaves your sales history behind. A SimpleConsign migration drops it on import. The Vault hands you every bit of it — free.
June 30, 2026
ConsignPro ended service on June 30, 2026 — no new sales, no more support. MyResaleWeb, where your consignors checked their balances, went dark on July 1. The company’s own conversion tool carries your consignors and inventory forward, but not your sales history or account records. Your computer is now the only place your shop’s history exists — which is a fixable problem, tonight, for free.
The Vault keeps both.
Find your backup.
It’s one file — consign.mdb in your ConsignPro folder (usually C:\Program Files\ConsignPro), or the newest back-*.zip sitting right beside it, or on your backup stick.
Upload it here.
Takes about a minute, straight from the shop computer — the upload is at the bottom of this page.
We send your report.
Every item, consignor, and sale — counted, cross-checked, and matched to the cent. Free, within one business day.
More than one register? The real database lives on your main (“server”) PC — copy it from there.
The official transfer
Items and consignors carry over. Your sales history and invoices are left behind.
The Vault report
Everything, to the cent — every item, every consignor, every sale on file. Free.
Your complete business,
verified.

Every consignor
All 2,140 on record, each with the balance they're owed today.
Every sale, to the cent
History back to 2011, cross-checked until the balances match: $118,467.23, verified.
The backup and the report are free.
They’re yours either way.
We should be straight about why. We’re Vessor — we make register and selling software for shops like yours. If the report impresses you, we’d love to show you what your records can do in a modern register. No obligation, and the report is yours whether or not you ever want that conversation.
